These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the reservation system and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by FUN CONNECT LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). All users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Confirmation of Reservations)

Reservations made through the Service shall be deemed confirmed when a User completes the reservation procedure via Our system and We send a reservation confirmation notice (displayed on the screen or via email).

Failure to receive the notice due to incorrect registered contact information or other reasons shall not affect the confirmation of the reservation.

Article 3 (Changes and Cancellations)

To change or cancel a reservation, the User must complete the necessary procedures through this system or by the method specified by us by the deadline designated by us (e.g., “by [time] on the day before”). Cancellations made after the designated deadline may incur a cancellation fee as separately stipulated.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

When using this Service, Users shall not engage in the following acts:

Registering false information or making reservations by impersonating another person

Intentionally canceling without notice, or repeatedly making and canceling reservations, or other acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to other Users, third parties, or us

System analysis, reverse engineering, or other acts that interfere with the normal operation of this Service

Article 5 (Suspension or Modification of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to users in the event of system maintenance or inspections, communication line failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of the use of this Service or the inability to use it, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We shall not intervene in any disputes arising between Users or between a User and a third party; such disputes shall be resolved at the User’s own responsibility.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Terms)

We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users if we deem it necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect upon their posting on this system.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Service, the Kyoto District Court or Summary Court having jurisdiction over our place of business shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
