Terms of Service
Welcome to Human Stretch (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of our mobile bodywork and stretch service in Greater London and selected UK locations. By booking a session with one of our therapists you accept these terms.

2. Our Service
We provide in-person stretch and bodywork sessions delivered by a qualified therapist at a location of your choice (typically a hotel room, serviced apartment, or private residence) within our published service zones. Each therapist’s zone is shown on the booking page for that therapist.
3. Bookings
Bookings are made directly through each therapist’s online appointment schedule. A booking is confirmed only once you have received a confirmation email and payment (where applicable) has been captured. Please supply an accurate address, phone number, and any access instructions when booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed on the booking page in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider, unless we have agreed an alternative arrangement in writing (for example, for corporate or recurring bookings).
- Receipts are issued automatically by the payment provider.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation terms are designed to reflect the time and travel that goes into preparing for each session.
- More than 24 hours before the booked time: free cancellation, full refund.
- Within 24 hours of the booked time: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- No-show, or cancellation after the therapist has departed for the appointment: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
- Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you ordinarily have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. By booking a session that begins within those 14 days you expressly request that we start the service during the cooling-off period; once the session has been delivered the statutory right to cancel ends. Cancellation fees set out above apply to any cancellation made after a booking is placed.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information, including hotel name, room number, address, and a phone number on which we can reach you.
- Be present and ready at the booked time and location.
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, or pregnancy before treatment begins.
- Provide a safe, reasonably private space in which the session can be carried out.
7. Health & Liability
Our therapists are trained professionals, but our service is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concern please consult a qualified medical practitioner before booking. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law).
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your session, please write to info@humanstretch.com within 7 days. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.
9. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service or to the law. Updated terms take effect from the date they are posted on this page.
