This Privacy Policy explains how FUN CONNECT LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website (humanstretch.com), book a session through our booking system, or receive our mobile stretching services in London.
Article 1 (Who We Are)
FUN CONNECT LLC is the controller of your personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We provide mobile stretching sessions under the name HUMAN STRETCH UK.
Company name: FUN CONNECT LLC
Contact for privacy matters: contact@humanstretch.com
Our postal address is available on request.
Article 2 (Personal Information We Collect)
We collect the following personal information:
- Contact and booking details: your name, telephone number, email address, the address where you would like your session to take place, and the details of your bookings, changes and cancellations.
- Health and body information: what you tell your therapist about your physical condition, pain, injuries and relevant medical history, and the range-of-motion measurements and notes we record in your session records.
- Payment information: details of the bank transfers you make to us, such as the payer’s name, the amount and the date. We do not receive or store card details.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or through our website, including enquiries, changes and cancellations.
- Website information: how you use our website, collected through cookies as described in Article 7.
We collect most of this information directly from you. If you choose to give us other information, such as your date of birth, we will also hold it.
Article 3 (How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases)
We use your personal information for the purposes below. UK data protection law requires a legal basis for each use, which is shown in brackets.
- To take and manage your bookings, visit you at the address you give us, provide your sessions and receive payment (performance of our contract with you).
- To contact you about your bookings, including confirmations, changes, cancellations and important notices (performance of our contract with you).
- To respond to your enquiries (our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us).
- To keep records of our sessions and payments and to comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements (legal obligation).
- To improve our services, keep our website and booking system secure, and prevent misuse or fraud (our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business).
- To send you information about our services, offers and campaigns by email or messaging, only where you have agreed or where the law otherwise allows. You can opt out at any time (consent, or our legitimate interests where the law allows).
- To use cookies on our website that are not strictly necessary (consent; see Article 7).
Article 4 (Health Information)
Information about your health and physical condition is “special category data” under UK data protection law and is given extra protection. We use it only to provide your sessions safely and to tailor them to you, and only with your explicit consent, which we ask for before your first session.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we may not be able to provide sessions safely. Your session records can be seen only by the therapists who treat you and by the staff who need them to manage your bookings and care.
Article 5 (Sharing Your Information)
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- With the therapists who provide your sessions.
- With service providers who handle information on our behalf, such as the providers of our booking system and website hosting, calendar, email and messaging services (including WhatsApp). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- With the police, courts, regulators or other authorities where the law requires it, or where necessary to protect someone’s life, health or safety.
- With a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, who must continue to protect it in line with this Policy.
Some of these recipients are located outside the United Kingdom, for example in the United States and Japan. When your information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we make sure it stays protected, either because the country is recognised under UK law as providing adequate protection (as Japan is) or by using safeguards approved under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Article 6 (How Long We Keep Your Information)
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:
- Booking and payment records: 6 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Session records, including health information: 3 years after your last session, so that we can continue your care if you return and respond to any questions or claims.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months.
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out.
- Cookies: for the periods set out in Article 7.
When these periods end, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
Article 7 (Cookies and Similar Technologies)
Our website (humanstretch.com) uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work are always used. All other cookies are used only if you agree to them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and they are not set if you decline.
The cookies we use are as follows:
- Strictly necessary: cookieyes-consent (CookieYes) remembers your cookie choices and is kept for 12 months. PHPSESSID keeps your session on our website and is deleted when you close your browser.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), kept for up to 2 years, helps us understand how visitors use our website. Microsoft Clarity (_clck, kept for 12 months; _clsk, kept for 1 day) records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, so that we can improve the website.
- Advertising (only with your consent): Google Ads (_gcl_au) and the Meta Pixel (_fbp), each kept for 90 days, measure the results of our advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and help us show our advertising to people who have visited our website.
These services are provided by Google, Microsoft and Meta. Information collected through them may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.
If you do not consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads may still receive limited information without using cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed. This is used to estimate overall statistics.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings button in the bottom-left corner of every page. Withdrawing consent stops these cookies from being used from that point on. You can also delete cookies already stored on your device, or block cookies, in your browser settings.
Article 8 (Your Rights)
You have the following rights over your personal information:
- To be told how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate information corrected and incomplete information completed.
- To have it deleted, or its use restricted, in certain circumstances.
- To object to our use of it where we rely on our legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time.
- To receive the information you gave us in a portable format, in certain circumstances.
- To withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on it. This does not affect our use of the information before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, please contact us at contact@humanstretch.com. We will respond within one month. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Article 9 (Security)
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, such as limiting access to the people who need it and using secure systems.
Article 10 (Contact and Complaints)
If you have any questions about this Policy or about how we handle your personal information, please contact us at contact@humanstretch.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at www.ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Article 11 (Changes to This Policy)
