After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts with a degree in vocal performance, I plan to go on to graduate school for musical studies. While working a demanding schedule and maintaining her body, she realised the importance of improving fundamental habits and daily muscle use.
Through the experience of a knee injury
When I was a child suffering from knee pain, I went to an orthopaedic surgeon, but this did not provide a fundamental solution to my pain. I wish I had had a better knowledge of the structure of the body and muscles back then, so I can identify the cause of the problem from the symptoms and provide careful treatment.
